Foreign Qualification is simply registering an existing business in another state. Corporations & LLCs are required to "foreign qualify" in other states to conduct business. This is most often the case where a Corporation or LLC is formed in Delaware, for example, yet operates in another state such as California.
Vcorp will prepare your foreign qualification documents and will submit them to the appropriate state so that your Corporation or LLC may operate as a foreign entity within that state. Once the filing has been processed by the state, we will mail you the Certificate of Authority.
