A Name Reservation is NOT required before forming your corporation, LLC, or other business entity. In fact, a name reservation may often lengthen and delay the incorporation or LLC formation process. However, it may be wise to reserve a corporate, LLC, DBA or other name if you are not ready yet to form the entity or have some reason for delaying its formation.
Vcorp can reserve your company name for the maximum time period allowed in a single reservation request. Please note, many states do charge name reservation fees in addition to any Vcorp fees.
