Seth Farbman, Esq., Co-Chairman of Vcorp Services, also serves as President and Co-Chairman of Vintage Filings, an EDGAR filing firm which he co-founded with Shai Stern in 2002, and sold to PR Newswire in 2007. Under Messrs. Farbman’s and Stern’s leadership, Vintage Filings has grown to provide financial filing services to over 3,000 public companies, executives and law firms and is now ranked among the top five SEC Edgar filing firms in the nation. Mr. Farbman is also founding principal of Seth A. Farbman, P.C., a New York based law firm that specialized in corporate securities matters as well as domestic and international venture capital financing transactions. Throughout his career, Mr. Farbman has provided counsel to private equity funds, start-up companies, corporate executives and public companies. Until May 1999, Mr. Farbman served as a securities attorney with the New York Law Firm of Feder Kaszovitz et al., where he represented Nasdaq- listed companies and worked on public offerings underwritten by investment banking firms such as DLJ, Morgan Keegan and Advest.
Mr. Farbman is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey and is currently a member of the American Bar Association and of the ABA's Committee on the Federal Regulation of Securities. Mr. Farbman resides in Long Island, New York with his wife and children.
Shai Stern, Co-Chairman of Vcorp Services, is a driven entrepreneur with a passion for providing niche services to the legal and financial communities. Mr. Stern also serves as CEO and Co-Chairman of Vintage Filings, a New York based EDGAR filing firm which he co-founded with Seth Farbman in 2002, and sold to PR Newswire in 2007. Under Messrs. Stern’s and Farbman’s leadership, Vintage Filings has grown to provide financial filing services to over 3,000 public companies, executives and law firms and is now ranked among the top five SEC Edgar filing firms in the nation. Mr. Stern was formerly a Vice President at American Stock Transfer Company where he initiated business relationships and was responsible for outstanding share balances of over 2,000 publicly held companies. He was instrumental in the growth of AST Stock Plan which administered stock options and stock benefit plans to 500 publicly traded companies prior to its purchase by Citibank.
A New York native, Mr. Stern now resides in Los Angeles with his family. He is an avid sports fan, and is always ready to join a friend at a sporting event, or to participate in a basketball game or tennis match. Mr. Stern is an active supporter of charitable organizations including the Simon Weisenthal Center, the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, and the Einstein School of Medicine.
Isaac Muller, CEO and Founder of Vcorp Services, has extensive experience in state filing services and retail legal products. Vcorp was founded through his unique vision of merging cutting edge technology, premium client service, and legal products expertise. Mr. Muller founded The Incorporator® and its corresponding website
www.IncByPro.com in 2003, after managing state filing services at Taub & Showman LLP, a New York based law firm. Through Mr. Muller’s initiative, The Incorporator became a leading corporate services provider, having earned the loyalty of thousands of individual clients and over 300 professional service firms in five years of its operation.
Mr. Muller resides in Monsey NY with his wife and children.
Liz Roz, Executive Vice President, brings experience in corporate finance, retail legal services, and
e-commerce to the Vcorp Services Team. Prior to joining Vcorp, Ms. Roz was Controller at Cerrell Associates, a dynamic Los Angeles based public relations firm, where she directed the firm's finance and human resources functions. Prior to this role, Ms. Roz spent five years at LegalZoom.com, where
she served as Director of Accounting and Human Resources. In this capacity, Ms. Roz designed, implemented and maintained programs to support the company’s 1,000% revenue growth. At LegalZoom, Ms. Roz gained substantial experience in venture capital financing transactions, board reporting, integration with third parties, affiliate management and acquisitions. Ms. Roz was formerly Marketing and Sales Manager at Viatel Communications, a publicly traded global telecommunications company.
Ms. Roz holds a B.S. in Business Management from Touro College, New York. She is a native New Yorker and now resides in Los Angeles with her husband and children.
